International Orders & Shipping

I know it's boring but please read all the following information BEFORE placing an order.

 

We can only ship stamps and stencils outside of the UK - to a maximum total order weight of 750g, if your order contains products other than these, they will be removed and will not be shipped.

Packets are sent via air freight and as such Inks, Ink pads and pens are prone to leakage due to the pressure. Bulky items such as brushes will move your order in to the parcel sizing, which can more than double the shipping price. These items are regularly available in your own country.

We do not ship to PO Boxes you must use a physical address. Order placed with a PO Box as the delivery address will be cancelled and refunded less any fees incurred.

Overseas Ordering & Shipping:

We currently ship to the following countries: USA (Mainland) , Canada , Australia , Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Hungary, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Switzerland. We will add further countries in due course, if you would like a quote for a country not shown please email us.

All prices shown on our website are in UK £ GBP, you may use our currency converter whilst shopping to show the approx cost in other currencies but the checkout payment will be in UK £ pounds. Paypal will convert your currency to UK £ using their current set exchange rate. UK VAT (20%) will be removed from the product prices during checkout.

Your delivery address must be a physical address, we are unable to ship overseas orders to any address other than the one that the credit card or PayPal account used for the transaction is registered to and we can not ship to mail boxes or PO Box numbers.

Due to the amount of lost packages and item not received claims for international orders , we will only ship internationally using a tracked or tracked & signed for service. Please be aware that overseas shipping costs to most countries start at around £11 and additional import duties and taxes may also be payable on your order. Please take this into consideration when placing your order. The UK is now no longer part of the EU, all orders sent to the EU are also classed as international.

We have placed a chart below (2023 prices) to give an estimation of postage costs to different countries. For all overseas orders, postage & packaging is charged based on the weight and packaged size of your order.


Please complete your order by the following procedure:

  1. Place goods in your basket. You can view the contents of your basket at any time whilst browsing the store. You may add or remove items in your basket prior to starting checkout but once checkout is completed you will need to create a new order for any further items.
  2. An account is not required to shop on our website and you can checkout as a guest. During checkout you are given the option to register for an account or you can simply continue to checkout as a guest. If you have previously ordered and registered an account you can log in to automatically fill in your details.
  3. When you are ready to checkout, select the view basket.
  4. In the 'Sub-Total' box click the 'P&P / Shipping (Refine Estimate)' button and enter your Country and County/State/Region. The shipping cost should now update.
  5. Select the "Secure Online checkout" option at the checkout stage.
  6. Fill in any requested details and when you reach the Payment Method selection please select the "Secure Online checkout" Please Note: * Due to security and anti-fraud, orders can only be shipped to the registered billing address of the credit/debit card or payment method used. Please ensure your address details on our website when registering, placing and paying for your order are correct. Note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address is complete and correct. Inkylicious will not be liable for replacement or refund of any missing items with an incorrect shipping address. Orders returned to us by Royal Mail or Couriers as unable to be delivered or not collected by the customer will be refunded less the P&P we have paid and any payment processing fees for the order.
  7. You will be transferred to the payment processor. Due to financial regulations, some countries (Australia, USA) may require a Paypal account.
  8. We are unable to add items to your order once it has been placed and paid for, a new order will have to be made

You will receive automated order emails from us regarding the status of your order, Please ensure you register with a genuine email address as all order, payment confirmations and tracking ref numbers are sent to your registered email address.

Please note that we are unable to ship any overseas orders to an address other than the one that the credit card or PayPal account used for the transaction is registered to and we can not ship to PO Box numbers.

Due to Data Protection & GDPR laws You can not create an account on our site without first placing an order. Registration is a quick and simple process when placing any order and once registered you will have your own account where you can log in to view your past and present orders, amend your details and general information.

Terms & Conditions are as per the 'Terms & Conditions' shown on the website plus the following will also apply:

Your Right to Cancel / Returning Products:
On-line Sales: We are sure you will enjoy your purchase but if you change your mind under the 'Distance Selling Regulations' - you may request to cancel your order by emailing us at any time within 14 days. We reserve the right to deduct any non-refundable processing fees associated with your order that have been charged to us such as Card processing fees, Paypal processing fees.

If your item has already been dispatched/delivered you will be be issued a returns number which should be enclosed with your return item/s/parcel.
Following such notice any goods delivered to you must (except where goods are proven to be faulty) be returned at your own expense. The goods must be received back by us, unused, un-opened and in 'As New' saleable condition, in the manufacturer's or seller's original packaging by a suitable delivery service at your own expense.
Under no circumstances, other than in the event of faulty goods, will refunds be considered where the manufacturer’s seal or packaging has been broken or interfered with.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount where the goods returned are not in as above condition.

The goods you return are your responsibility until received by us.  We are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned to us or if the item is lost or broken by your chosen return method during it's return - proof of posting will not be accepted for any returns not received.

Product/s that were purchased and delivered with a promotional Free Gift, must be returned with that Free Gift to receive a full refund for the original item purchased.

Shipping/Delivery:

Please be aware that overseas shipping costs do not include any Customs Duty, Excise & Other Local Taxes that might be payable.

Customs Duty, Excise & Other Local Taxes: Countries outside of the UK (which now includes all countries within Europe) the receiver of the package may be liable for import duties, taxes, fees or other charges that are imposed by import legislation in your country. The recipient of the goods, not the person who’s ordered them, may receive a request for payment of these charges from your country's customs or the operator responsible for the delivery of your item. If you are ordering goods for delivery to someone else please make sure they are aware of the possibility of these additional payments and that they will be responsible for payment. Inkylicious Crafts has no control over the import regulations or the additional charges and we can not estimate what cost they may be. You are advised to check on your own local gov website or postal services website for further advice.

Tracking: You will be emailed a tracking number and a link to directly track your packet, please ensure your regularly track your packet in case of any delivery problems.

Orders returned to us due to Incorrect Delivery Address/Non collection/Un-claimed or Non payment of any import fees or refusal of the package will be refunded less the P&P costs and all Paypal fees incurred.
